Elo has been working in film since 2014, They started in the camera department, working as an assistant camera and camera operator in Austin, Texas, until 2018 when they moved to New York City to pursue their MFA in film directing and cinematography. While in New York, they’ve shot numerous short films, commercials, documentary, and video art projects.

I am currently available for work and am particularly interested in telling stories that prioritize the humanity and complexity of their characters. Elo is a director at heart so I’ll always strive to create images that are in service of the story. I love to play and experiment and am excited by films that are visual and challenge what it means to create images.
